WHO ARE WE?
7 Colinas is a craft beer brewery in Concepción del Uruguay, founded in 2017 by a group of three friends. Their story begins in 1998, when they experimented with fermentation at the Faculty of Food Sciences in Concordia. Their first foray into the market was in Neuquén, where they discovered the vibrant world of beer. Inspired by that experience, they decided to return to their hometown to start their own brewery.
